Order Processing

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday within a 24 hours delay if all items are in stock, except for the Province of Quebec holidays (January 1st, Good Friday and Easter Monday, Monday before May 25th, June 24th, July 1st, First Monday of September, Second Monday of October, December 25th).

Once your order has been completed, look in your inbox to be notified of the different steps of processing of your order:

  • An automatic reception notice.

  • An order shipping notice.

It is important that you pay attention to the emails which are sent to you, these may contain some prices adjustments, credits, notice of products unavailability and even some alternative products replacement.

All products ordered from our online store will be delivered either by regular or priority mail.

Deliveries can only be made to places which have a physical address with a street name or a rural road number, together with a postal code for Canada or a zip code for the United States. No order will be delivered to a P.O. Box.

A signature is required on reception of the order at the delivery address.

Free Shipping

Free shipping in Canada and in the United States (continental only) for all orders of USD 200 or more in the United States and of CAD 250 or more before taxes in Canada.

Heavy and/or oversize items are not eligible to free shipping.

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be forwarded to you by email. You can then track your order through the courier service website’s which will also be indicated in your confirmation email.
