Exchange and Return Policy 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, you may return all items in brand new conditions with your receipt, within the time frame mention here below:

  • Within 72 hours of the package reception : Advise us of any transportation damage and it will be possible for you to return all items

  • In the 30 days: It will be possible for you to return all items. You will then benefit of either an exchange or a credit note applicable in store. No refund is available.

Please note that return items with signs of usage will not receive any exchange or credit. All returned items must be in brand new condition, returned in its original packaging and include all manuals and accessories. Also think about including the original receipt or a copy.

Before initiating a return, you must contact us by email, to receive an authorization from our part and a return authorization number, along with all the procedure’s details to follow.
